Every day has the same three parts:
- PETITION: Write what you actually want, with the date on it. Not the sanitized version. If you want the job, name the job. A vague prayer cannot be answered in a way you would recognize later.
- POSTURE: What your body does while you wait. Hands flat on the table. Breath counted out. Standing up when you would rather stay down. This keeps the waiting from turning into numbness.
- PROOF: Weeks later you return to that prayer and write what happened. Then you mark it. This is the part the other journals skipped.
